Our primary focus is to provide outstanding customer service to our clients through our careful attention to their needs and cheerfully assisting them to find the perfect plant, amendment, yard art, and stone to meet their landscaping and household needs. You will find that every time you are able to successfully assist a client, you will feel a genuine sense of accomplishment and pride. Throughout Chaffee county and beyond, Brady’s West enjoys an enviable reputation for selling the highest quality plant products and providing the highest quality customer service.

We work hard. Our workday is fast-paced, which will often require you to multi-task. All of our employees are responsible for successfully completing several tasks each day.
We prize teamwork. You will find that there is always a fellow employee or staff member who is willing to help you accomplish these tasks. Likewise, you will join with others in helping them fulfill their responsibilities. We share in each other's responsibilities
We value mindful employees. We expect our employees be aware of what is going on around them, to be aware of and complete work that needs to be done, and to be considerate of one’s fellow employees in helping them when they need it.
We expect you to ask. Never be afraid to ask for help when you have a question about something you don’t know and to seek help when you run into a problem, be it with a plant, product, a customer, or a fellow employee. None of us know everything, but together we can usually find answers to any work-related question and a solution to our problems.
We communicate a lot. We begin the day with a morning meeting to outline goals for the day and receive assignments related to our individual positions within Brady’s West. Please be on time for these meetings. We use radios to keep in touch with each other throughout the day—make sure you have your radio on you and turned on at all times.
We’re professionals. That means we’re dressed neatly, including wearing our Brady’s t-shirt or other Brady apparel to work. We don’t drink or use drugs during the workday or come to work high, drunk, or hungover. We treat all customers and each other with respect and trust.
